Rules for Items Stored at RediSelfStorage.com
• A complete list of storage rules will be available with the Storage Rental Agreement.
• RediSelfStorage.com is for the storage of personal or commercial property owned by the renter and the unit will
not be subletted without the expressed written permission of RediSelfStorage.com.
• Combustible items such as gasoline, chemicals and aerosol cans are prohibited
• All lawn and garden equipment must be drained of oil and gas during storage and cannot be stored vertically.
• Vehicles stored at RediSelfStorage.com MUST :
- Be titled to the renter
- Be registered to the renter
- Be insured
• Refrigerators, stoves, freezers and any food appliances should be thoroughly cleaned, dried, and left with doors slightly ajar.
• All units MUST be secured with locks provided by RediSelfStorage.com. Details including charges are detailed on the
Storage Rental Agreement.
• RediSelfStorage.com does not provide or maintain insurance on the property inside the rental storage units.
All property stored is at the renters sole risk. The renter may obtain insurance for the property stored in the
rental unit at his or her own discretion.
• RediSelfStorage.com units are rented “As Is” under the terms of the Storage Rental Agreement.
• Rent Payments are due each month in accordance to the terms of the Storage Rental Agreement.
• RediSelfStorage.com advises:
- Do not place boxes on concrete floor. Use pallets, 2" x 2" wood strips, or heavy plastic.
- Do not store anything that will freeze
- Do not store perishable items like food.
- Try to keep an aisle walk-through to be able to access your stored items.
- Mark all fragile objects clearly and stand mirrors on end clearly marked as “Glass Fragile”.
- Make a map and listing of all stored items for easier access and insurance purposes. Keep a copy of this list separate
from the storage unit.
